Delightful stuffing biscuits that combine flaky goodness with rich, familiar flavors, perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup prepared stuffing
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the prepared stuffing, ensuring it’s evenly mixed.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and beaten egg.
  6. Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently to combine.
  8. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick and cut it into biscuit shapes with a cookie cutter.
  9. Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  11. Serve warm, or use them to create sliders with turkey leftovers!

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using whole wheat flour. Use unsalted butter for better control over saltiness. Feel free to add cooked vegetables or herbs to the stuffing for extra flavor.
