Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz Lasagna noodles (use no-boil for ease)
  • 1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup Crab meat (fresh lump or imitation)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, chili flakes (if using), and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the seafood mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the seafood mixture. Top with another layer of the seafood filling and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella and breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider using fresh ingredients for the best flavor. This lasagna pairs well with a fresh green salad or garlic bread.
