Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of coffee or espresso. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a saucepan, gently heat 1 cup of milk with 1 tablespoon of dried lavender. Stay nearby to monitor it, preventing boiling.
  3. Once the milk is warm, remove from heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the lavender out of the milk, retaining the infused liquid.
  5. In a glass, combine your cooled coffee with 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir until the honey fully dissolves.
  6. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  7. Carefully pour the lavender-infused milk over the coffee mixture to create a layered appearance.
  8. Stir gently until combined. Enjoy your refreshing iced latte!

Notes

Feel free to use different sweeteners or non-dairy milk. Avoid boiling the milk to maintain flavor.
