Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi) for topping
  • Butter or cooking spray for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter or cooking spray.
  3. Cut the stacked phyllo into squares and place them in a muffin tin to create cups.
  4. Bake the phyllo cups for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  5. Mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fill each baked phyllo cup with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top each cup with your choice of fresh fruit.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. It’s best to keep the fruit and cream cheese filling separate from the phyllo cups until serving to maintain their crispiness.
