  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy in another bowl.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and cookie butter.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Biscoff cookie crumbs.
  7. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.

  11. Frost the cooled cupcakes and sprinkle with additional Biscoff cookie crumbs if desired.
