Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables (bell peppers, red onion, zucchini), cubed
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken and the cubed vegetables onto the skewers alternately.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve hot.

Notes

Opt for fresh chicken for the best texture. Use a variety of colors in your vegetables for a visually appealing platter.
